Returns requested after the 30-day period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

All collectible trading cards (basketball, soccer, baseball, football cards) are eligible for return as long as they are sent back according to the instructions below.

A prepaid return shipping label is included in your package, so there is no cost to you for returning an item.


4. Return Method

  • All returns must be made by mail

  • Please use the return label included in your original package

  • Securely pack the item to avoid damage during transit

Returned items should be sent back using the provided return label only.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and examine the returned product:

  • Your refund will be processed within 24 hours (maximum)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.


6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
