We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

There are no shipping fees, no minimum purchase requirements, and no hidden charges.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or after business hours

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time / Heure normale des Rocheuses) will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is:

Please note that transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.


5. Shipping Schedule & Business Hours

We ship orders:

  • Monday – Saturday

  • Closed after 2:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time / Heure normale des Rocheuses)

Orders placed outside these hours will be handled on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear

docard is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been shipped.
